Política de reembolso

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

All returns must have prior authorization from the Vocation Action Network customer service office.

 

Only unused merchandise in new resalable condition within 30 days of purchase will

be accepted.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Step 1: Prior Return Authorization Required

Email admin@vocationactionnetwork.com to provide the details of your return request.

You will receive a return authorization purchase order to be included in your shipment.

Returned merchandise that is not pre-authorized may not be accepted and refused.

Allow up to two weeks to receive a refund from the time the returned package is

received.


Step 2: Ship Your Package

Contact admin@vocationactionnetwork.com once your package has shipped.

It is recommended to ship your package so that you may track your return

Include your return authorization purchase order in your package.

A refund will be issued within two weeks of receipt of your return.
